Modifying a Workspace
To manage a workspace’s settings:
- Go to the workspace section by clicking on the "Settings" option in the main navigation bar.
- To modify a workspace, locate the Workspace you wish to modify and click on the ellipsis button to access the available actions. From the dropdown menu, select "Settings".
- You can modify all the settings provided during creation of the workspace including Name, Description, Persona, Instructions, Thread Starter Message, Thinking Mode, Service Tier, Strict Reference Mode, and Status.
- Click on the "Save" button to finalize the process.
Deleting a Workspace
To delete a workspace:
- Go to the Workspaces section by clicking on the "Workspaces" option in the main navigation bar.
- To delete a workspace, locate the workspace you wish to modify and click on the ellipsis button to access the available actions. From the dropdown menu, select "Delete".
- Review and confirm the deletion if you are sure you want to delete the workspace. This action will permanently remove the Workspace and cannot be undone.
Vaults
Vaults provide a secure and flexible way to store and access data within the Noorle Platform. They can be enabled or disabled for a workspace to grant access to indexed data. When using data from vaults, Workspaces should provide references to ensure compliance with Strict Reference Mode if enabled. To learn more about vaults, their configuration, and usage, refer to the relevant sections in this guide. To enable a vault for a workspace, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Workspaces" option in the main navigation bar to go to the Workspaces section.
- Locate the workspace you want to integrate with the vault and click on the ellipsis button to access the available actions. From the dropdown menu, select "Vaults".
- Choose the desired vault and use the switch to enable or disable the connection.
Please note that the same can be achieved through “Vaults” management section.
Tools
All available tools can be enabled or disabled for a workspace. Enabling a tool grants the Workspace access to all functions defined under that tool. These tools can be utilized by AI for the threads and integrations. To enable a tool for a workspace, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Workspaces" option in the main navigation bar to go to the Workspaces section.
- Locate the workspace you want to integrate with the tool and click on the ellipsis button to access the available actions. From the dropdown menu, select "Tools".
- Choose the desired tools and use the switch to enable or disable the connection.
