Creating A Workspace
To create a workspace, follow these steps:
- Go to the Workspaces section by clicking on the "Workspaces" option in the main navigation bar.
- Click on the "Create" button in the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter the following details:
- Name: Choose a friendly name for the workspace.
- Description: Describe the workspace's intended purpose and how it should be used. Provide a clear and concise explanation that can be understood by both humans and AI.
- Persona (optional): Define a vision for the AI within this workspace. Also, specify how you would like to interact with the AI for a harmonious experience.
- Instructions (optional): Give guidance on how you want the AI to respond. Describe the desired tone, style, preferences, or any specific details you have in mind.
- Thread Starter Message (optional): Enter a welcoming message, question, or instruction to engage users and provide context at the beginning of their conversation.
- Thinking Mode: Choose the balance between precision and creativity. There are three options: Precise, Balanced, and Creative. The platform uses this to set the model's temperature and other parameters.
- Service Tier: Select whether you want to use cheaper and faster models or slower but more powerful ones. There are two levels: Lite and Premium. Lite uses models like GPT3.5 Turbo and Claude Instant, while Premium uses models like GPT-4 and Claude 2.
- Strict Reference Mode: Enable this flag if you want responses to be based solely on external sources and not the model's internal knowledge.
- Status: Toggle the workspace on or off. When deactivated, users, APIs, and other tools will be unable to access the Workspace.
- Click on the "Save" button to finalize the process.
