Creating A Workspace

To create a workspace, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Workspaces section by clicking on the "Workspaces" option in the main navigation bar.
  2. Click on the "Create" button in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Enter the following details:
    • Name: Choose a friendly name for the workspace.
    • Description: Describe the workspace's intended purpose and how it should be used. Provide a clear and concise explanation that can be understood by both humans and AI.
    • Persona (optional): Define a vision for the AI within this workspace. Also, specify how you would like to interact with the AI for a harmonious experience.
    • Instructions (optional): Give guidance on how you want the AI to respond. Describe the desired tone, style, preferences, or any specific details you have in mind.
    • Thread Starter Message (optional): Enter a welcoming message, question, or instruction to engage users and provide context at the beginning of their conversation.
    • Thinking Mode: Choose the balance between precision and creativity. There are three options: Precise, Balanced, and Creative. The platform uses this to set the model's temperature and other parameters.
    • Service Tier: Select whether you want to use cheaper and faster models or slower but more powerful ones. There are two levels: Lite and Premium. Lite uses models like GPT3.5 Turbo and Claude Instant, while Premium uses models like GPT-4 and Claude 2.
    • Strict Reference Mode: Enable this flag if you want responses to be based solely on external sources and not the model's internal knowledge.
    • Status: Toggle the workspace on or off. When deactivated, users, APIs, and other tools will be unable to access the Workspace.
  4. Click on the "Save" button to finalize the process.
