Modifying a vault

To manage a vault's settings:

  1. Go to the Vaults section by clicking on the "Settings" option in the main navigation bar.
  2. To modify a vault, locate the vault you wish to modify and click on the ellipsis button to access the available actions. From the dropdown menu, select "Settings".
  3. You can modify all the settings provided during the creation of the vault, including Name, Description, and Status.
  4. Click on the "Save" button to finalize the process.

Deleting a vault

To delete a vault:

  1. Go to the Vaults section by clicking on the "Vaults" option in the main navigation bar.
  2. To delete a vault, locate the vault you wish to modify and click on the ellipsis button to access the available actions. From the dropdown menu, select "Delete".
  3. Review and confirm the deletion if you are sure you want to delete the vault. This action will permanently remove the vault and cannot be undone.

Workspaces

Vaults can be enabled or disabled for a workspace to grant access to indexed data. When using data from vaults, Workspaces should provide references to ensure compliance with Strict Reference Mode if enabled for the Workspace. To learn more about Workspaces, their configuration, and usage, refer to the relevant sections in this guide.

To enable a vault for a workspace, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Vaults" option in the main navigation bar to go to the Vaults section.
  2. Locate the Vault you want to integrate with the workspace and click on the ellipsis button to access the available actions. From the dropdown menu, select "Workspaces".
  3. Choose the desired workspace and use the switch to enable or disable the connection.
